An administrative assistant primarily performs clerical duties that assist in the overall productivity and organization of an office or company. These include directly supporting their manager with planning/scheduling meetings, conferences, travel requests, as well as contributing to other team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

They usually possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and are able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment.

  • Associate Degree (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office & Office 365: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Previous experience as Administrative Assistant or office experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to follow and take direction and stay proactive.


  • Prepare reports by collecting information and analyzing data.
  • Filing and making folders.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, task messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle Travel Requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Run errands to various department stores, post office, etc.


  • 1-2 years of Admin Assistant or Office experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
