St. Louis based company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team.  This position is a temporary-to-hire position and offers 3 shifts to provide their customers with round-the-clock coverage.  This if a growing business in the tech industry and they are looking for individuals who want to advance within the organization.  The position offers two work schedules, either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.  Midnight to 8am are the work hours

The duties of the Operations Center Representatives are:

  • Answer incoming calls from maintenance technicians
  • Coordinate maintenance visits with clients
  • Complete follow-up documentation for all required maintenance
  • Resolve problems that arise during scheduled maintenance calls
  • Monitor critical alarms and client hubs
  • Dispatch emergency technicians
  • Data-entry of all documentation in various company systems
  • Additional duties as requested by manager

The requirements and skills needed for the Customer Service Representative are:

1-3 years prior experience in call center or customer service role required

Bachelor’s degree (is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Stable work history
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Computer skills in Word and Excel
