Job Functions:
- Develop and manage relationships with partner carriers to support our customer base. Maintain and grow our carrier relationships.
- Responsibility for covering freight in their appropriate region assigned by utilizing all resources provided.
- Ensure carrier packets are completed, signed, returned, and also authorized.
- Negotiate rates with our partner carriers or potential new carriers.
- Understand market trends and seasonality.
- Assist with co-workers to manage regional areas, customers, and carrier base.
- Be efficient in all areas of the load management system including tracking and tracing shipments, planning and assigning pick-up and delivery times.
- Able to handle a large mix of inbound and outbound call volume on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Transportation experience is preferred
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills (customers, carriers, co-workers)
- Ability to work well as a team, while delivering individual results
- Ability to work well under pressure with a diverse group of people
- Ability to respond in a timely manner and follow through with an appropriate situation
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quality customer service
- Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily supply for 25-45 wholesalers with 120-300 SKUs per wholesaler to ensure safe inventory levels
- Manage push system technology to assure least cost solutions while maintaining acceptable supply levels
- Accountable for wholesaler service levels achieved (wholesaler supply, avoid wholesaler stock outs, smooth unload schedule, and adhoc request for assistance); Primary wholesaler contact
- Accountable for scheduling transportation for beer shipments and returnable materials
- Problem solve with Transportation Process Expert to ensure timely deliveries at least cost
- Develop carriers to support operational efficiencies for direct loading, drop trailer program, plant inventory levels, tailor quality, on time pick up and cost saving efforts
- Analyze and adjust DC & WSC inbound and outbound requirements to ensure proper product flow
- Ensure safe inventories, maximizing least cost producers, and keep dump beer at or below budgeted levels
- Manage outbound volumes to ensure wholesalers maintain min/max inventory levels and maximizing truck utilization
- Minimize the use of high cost transportation providers by analyzing wholesalers supply for opportunities to modify or eliminate shipment
- Monitor carrier performance in support of customer service, product quality & cost
- Support brewery service level agreements (direct loading, manage floor inventory, adjust and react to production variances) by proper schedule synchronization & order configuration
- Coordination of planned & unplanned events such as new product rollouts, product holds, recalls, return material expediting, last minute promotions, damaged product, special events, same day beer coordination, mis-shipments & natural disasters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or IT
- Prior business or internship experience
- Strong communication, analytical, team & problem-solving skills

Order Logistics / CSR Coordinator
Order Logistics Coordinator
Support the full sales cycle of order processing through invoicing, which includes but not limited to:
Order entry, order follow up, shipping logistics, client order communication and order billing
Status: Full-time/40 hours
Department: Operations

Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with-and directly support- Account Executive to coordinate successful and on-time delivery of marketing promotions
- Analyze and submit new orders
- Order follow up – communicate with vendors, ensure orders are being handled properly and delivery dates are being met
- Continually review orders for changing priorities in order status to properly respond to material, delivery, and lead time requirements
- Coordinate order shipping logistics – quote, book, track freight until delivery is made
- Liaison with customers for order shipment notifications
- Maintain order management system and invoicing records
- Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure order flow and accuracy
- Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
